Shipping

Our shipping terms are as follows:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ship your package to be delivered within 48 hours. Orders are typically shipped on business days Monday-Wednesday. Saturday deliveries are available for extra shipping cost in certian areas. Our products will be packed frozen in a insulated packaging, with gel ice packs.

Shipping cost, will be applied at time of checkout.

We make every effort to please our customers, but we are not responsible for package delays due to errors made with an incorrect address or a business is closed.  We reserve the right to replace or refund bona fide claims at our discretion.  If you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please call 1(800) 264-2475.
