EZ Carve is Petit Jean's specially prepared boneless ham. The EZ Carve is just what the name implies; it's hand-prepared and hickory smoked just like the rest of our hams, but the bone has been removed. That means you get the old-fashioned, smoky Petit Jean flavor combined with smooth and easy slicing, a perfect combination.

8/10 lbs = approx 25 people (6oz per person)
4/5 lbs = approx 15 people (6oz per person)

I will call you on Monday. As of Friday, Dec 29 the ham had not been delivered. No phone call for directions, recipients didn’t know it was coming so did not call me. This is too valuable a product to go missing, and costs way too much to ship.
